Although Presently have a company JSCPM if was formed during a time when I was well connected and there was a need for my services as a consultant for estimating or other areas of management . I have also worked as a consultant for surety companies, and for attorneys . I have received criticisms of my resume, but it was prepared by a well known consultant when I was attempting to get more work with attorneys and most attorneys will not accept the 8 second resume that is easily scanned as they need to know the depth and scope of the work I have done. Work with attorneys is slow at the present time. I do not have the funds to pay anyone for a more attractive one page letter. In addition, my working life has been long and I have many accomplishments including work with the U.S. Coast Guard as a volunteer officer ( Captain ) in the area of safe boating . I have handled via supervision, management, or project management about 9 million dollars of projects in Silicon Valley and I have a project list available that would support this. Jerry Sullivan
