To develop an outstanding assisted living experience for elderly residents. I am Core Certified. With twenty five years experience working with the elderly, I have worked with geriatrics as a clinician and facility manager maintaining their maximum independence and promoting optimal quality of life. The main focus has always been on aging in place. I have managed as many six rehab clinics in ALF’s simultaneously that have significantly maintained census in those facilities. In addition, I have extensive marketing experience and several years of successful food service experience that will attract and keep happy residents. My degree and experience as a physical therapist has let me look at residents for their potential for aging in place. My degree in finance has allowed me to develop and control profitable budgets in diverse environments such as acute care hospitals, SNF’s, outpatient clinics and ALF clinics. I understand how to use home health to benefit residents as well.
