Operations Manager-14 years experience

I’m seeking a mid to upper level management position in the services industry where I can utilize my key strengths of multi unit mgmt, ops analysis, ops improvements, Sales and customer service management. I’ve managed up to 10 units with 28 reps and 200 support staff and millions in inventory and fleet and equipment. Through operational analysis and improvements, I doubled the valuation of Grease Tec in under one year with no headcount increases, and at RTI I spearheaded team focusing on policing fleet expenditures saving 250k annually back to the bottom line. I have directly managed the landing of various regional and national accounts contributing 10 million in annual sales. As regional manager I had the responsibility of 68million in annual budgeted sales. I was also part of the management team which developed a monitoring system with our customer base to measure our service after the sale.
