Acted as WSCC (Western Systems Coordinating Council) Transmission representative Led integration of five Entergy companies (Louisiana P&L, MS P&L, Gulf State Utilities, New Orleans Public Service, Arkansas P&L, and London Electricity) for system and design standards, units, materials, work practices and methods. Member of the Best-In-Class (BIC) team to implement processes for a multi-company organization: asset management, work management, design practices, reliability practices contracting and customer satisfaction. Develop company wide measurement of goals and objectives. Achieved over $50 million in warehouse material inventory reduction. for Puget Power. Transmission integration studies and transfer capability allocations in the WSCC region. Supported system operators and assisted Power Planning in the management of commercial transmission and resource transactions. Provided transmission and distribution direction through reliability and system plans budgets construction and operation schedules. Led T&D system studies to determine the feasibility and economics of proposed plans in the context of overall operations and planning criteria. Led the preparation and approval of transmission and distribution budgets for divisions of the company as required.
