- Responsible for the execution of market research studies with consumer packaged goods. Supervise all departments in the New York office, and coordinate efforts with locations nationwide. Traveled to China to train a client’s suppliers on descriptive panel quality control methods. Regularly interact with clients to ensure studies are run to their specifications and project goals. Facilitate computer-based studies, and act as the primary contact person for offsite tech support. Handle HR for the office, including writing training manuals and job descriptions for all positions. Perform all accounting functions for the office, such as handling large deposits and withdrawals. Maintain corporate car and keep a log of all maintenance, repairs, and accidents. Upgrading technology and phone systems to clients’ standards and handled purchasing of all items. Regulating the purchasing department and shipping/receiving departments to minimize costs. Implementing a facility manual that recorded all suppliers and logged repairs/purchases for all sites.
