Senior Training Specialist--11 years experience--ID, Training facilitator, curriculum design

I have over six years of diversified experience in Instructional Design and eLearning. My experience includes both Instructor led and eLearning courseware development and I am well versed in developing training for different learning styles and settings. I have successfully completed projects having used various technologies and applications including Captivate, Camtasia, OnDemand, Flash, Dreamweaver, Firefly, etc. for both University and Corporate settings. I have completed large eLearning and Training projects where I was responsible for Design, Development. Testing, Project Management, Usability Testing and delivery of training. Most notably I am experienced in using ADDIE as an instructional design model and SCORM compliance and have extensive experience with LMS). I am in the process of completing my project with Baxter Healthcare Corporation where I have successfully developed eLearning for the Outlook / Exchange conversion. I have developed training modules and videos for eight distinct user groups for approximately 55,000 employees globally. I would like to apply my skills set and experience to create learning oriented training.
