Medical Transcriptionist
I am a recent High Honors graduate from Career Step (November 22, 2011) looking for part- or full-time work. T My home office includes a dedicated laptop with Windows 7, Word 2003, Express Scribe, Shorthand for Windows, Stedman's Medical/Pharmaceutical Spellchecker (2011), high-speed Internet, Infinity foot pedal, noise-canceling headphones, and printer/scanner/fax machine. I am available immediately and can work part-time or full-time. Attached is my resume. You will find in me an enthusiastic learner, self-starter, skilled researcher, and stickler for detail, all critical skills in medical transcription. My goal has always been service-oriented: To exceed my customers' expectations. As in my previous positions as technical writer, editor, and proofreader, I will complete assignments with focus on account instructions, accuracy, and efficiency.
