I have been an IT Systems Customer Relations Support Professional for over 20 years. My recent expertise is in Helpdesk and Network Administration. Most recently I held the position of a Systems Administrator at Ziff Davis Media. I evaluated the procedures of the helpdesk supporting employees producing content for the Computer Technology industry. I have been at the cusp of the industry since I started working for PC Magazine in 1991.
