Specializing in residential, health, habilitative, vocational and family support programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, and consumers with mental illness and their families. Co-Founder, President and CEO (1979-present) Responsible for the function and the day-to-day operation of this $100MM healthcare agency. Managing a staff of over 1,000 full-time employees and additional 600 contractual professionals, including physicians, nurses and allied professionals. Career Highlights and Achievements Include Grew the organization from start-up to serving over 6,000 persons per day, this was accomplished via organic growth. Created and implemented a strategic plan and developed an effective and collaborative relationship with the Board of Trustees. Manage an overall annual budget of $100MM, with an operating expense budget of $75MM, with net revenue over expense of $2-3MM per year. Approved for a $10MM unsecured Line of Credit from a major US commercial bank. Function as Chief Investment Officer for two separate pension funds that cover over 800 employees.
