Product Development Manager

 Develop products concept to implementation in both domestic and global markets for all lines of business  Design products that meet consumer acceptance, cost and operational feasibility  Work with Consumer Insights to gain consumer feedback to create many diverse ideas to stimulate meaningful products, introduce innovative concepts, create process improvements, and make appropriate modifications where needed to existing products.  Work very closely with all departments, lead cross-functional teams.  Demonstrate excellent and effective project management skills.  Work closely with operations to develop robust product procedures to ensure field readiness.  Provide day to day team leadership in analysis and problem solving that drives high value decisions.  Must perform well under pressure, be proactive, multi-task effectively, and have a strong attention to detail.  Self motivated and goal oriented with the ability to overcome obstacles, with a positive and resourceful attitude, and by leveraging the knowledge and experience of available resources for creative solutions.
