Project Manager - 14 Years experience - Construction
As a Project Manager, I am responsible for managing the operations of various construction projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. More specifically, I implement and manage project status for schedule, cost, quality and procedures. Assist pre-construction with preparation and review of cost estimates. Approve and monitor the resolution of project claims and major change orders. Review and approve project billings to the client. Take appropriate action to correct any problems to insure successful fulfillment of project contract requirements and advise the client of project conditions that could hinder progress and recommend corrective actions to resolve problems. Also execute subcontractor contracts, review and monitoring of shop drawings and update owners on a bi-weekly basis of project status.
