RssResional Service Manager - power equipment, tech HW

I have a wide range of business management skills, experience and education in my career. Nearly all of my positions have been in customer/field service management positions where I have excelled at improving results both financially and operationally. My most recent employer was Piller, Inc., a manufacturer of large UPS systems. In four years as the Western Region Service Manager, I took the service region from a negative %10 margin to a positive %57 margin and forecast an even better year for 2009. I also got Piller off the Intel SCAR list by resolving over 100 customer service issues. I have had similar results managing large service organizations in computer H/W for Unisys including Service Manager of the Year in 1995 when I was the Area Desktop Services Manager for the Great Lakes Region. I ran a small depot, a small service desk and field techs in that position. Now I am looking to deliver this type of performance for a new company as Piller decided to eliminate the Western Service Region in a downsizing/restructuring move.
