Accounting Specialist
I am really interested in Real Estate-type Accounting. In more detail, I enjoy keeping track of tenants, security deposits/rents paid or due and property rental vacancy loss. Along with this process includes preparing budgets and tracking adequate fund level through bank reconcilations. I also enjoy Payroll Accounting. More specifically, I like computing employee payroll starting from the number of hours worked, etc.
