Highlights:
Created and developed the Community Services Department for Community Hospital of Ottawa. Worked with committee to establish the CHO Foundation; provided ongoing marketing/public relations support to the Foundation. Supervised Community Needs Assessment to determine consumer attitude and loyalty to Community Hospital of Ottawa. o Worked with hospital departments to address problem areas discovered during the assessment. o Developed “MyChoice” advertising campaign to address the issue of consumer education and loyalty. Procured and analyzed various internal and external hospital data to determine market share and market potential in various medical specialties. Partnered in community-wide needs assessment studies with United Way of Eastern LaSalle County. Assisted in development of and marketing for the CHO Foundation to help garner funds for Community Hospital of Ottawa programs and services Assisted in development of and marketing for The Family Room for low-income pregnant women and their families.
