Advanced Practice Nurse with a specialty in Adult Psychiatric Treatment
An opportunity to provide treatment to an outpatient group of adults with mood and anxiety disorders. I have a lot of experience in treating PTSD both acute and chronic/complex as well as Bipolar D/O. This position would include both providing psychotherapies and the prescribing and managing of medication treatment. I want to work 24 hours per week as a baseline although I realize that Psychiatry is unpredictable and at times requires more that the minimum hours that are scheduled. I also have a lot of experience treating patients who have co-ocurring D/O specifically Addictive D/O's. My diagnostic skills are superb and I have a strong medical background which enables me to assess for what is psychiatric and what is medical.
