Civil Engineer - Project Manager

I like both task clarity and uncertainty, and want to balance my time between them. I like promoting harmony, and although I'm comfortable with challenging people as well, I would rather spend the majority of my time smoothing things over. I'm okay with both team activities and individual work, and want to balance my time between them. I'm okay with both being self-directed and receiving guidance, and want to balance my time between them. I enjoy both thinking conceptually and thinking practically, and want to balance my time between them. I really dislike going on intuition, and want to spend almost all of my time basing my decisions on fact, which I love. I dislike being accepting, and want to spend the majority of my time challenging current thinking, which I like. I'm comfortable with both exploration and established processes, and want to balance my time between them. I dislike leaving others to their own devices, and want to spend the majority of my time guiding others, which I enjoy. I'm put off by moving quickly, and want to spend the majority of my time making sure it is right, which I enjoy. I'm comfortable with both being publicly acknowledged and modesty, and want to spend some time on both. I really dislike being carefree, and want to spend nearly all my time holding a lot of responsibility, which I love.
