Bilingual Spanish Speaking Professional with computer skills

Objective To obtain a position that will allow me to utilize my diverse background and bilingual skills. I have a broad breadth of experience in Educational Instruction, Program Management, Counseling, and staff supervision. Summary * Serve as Wilkinsburg 21st Century Program Assistant and Coordinator. * Served as a Spanish Adult Literacy Supervisor for two years in the United States Peace Corps. * Possess four years of administrative and customer service experience in the Aviation Department of the US Navy. * Earned a 96% on the military's Department of Defense Language Aptitude Battery Exam, (DLAB). * Received a 4.0 Foreign Service Rating while in the service of the United States Peace Corps-Honduras. * Able to effectively work and complete multiple tasks. * Able to effectively communicate with others in both English and Spanish. Self-reliant and solution driven. * Able to read, write, speak, and translate Spanish effectively. Served two full years in the US Peace Corps and believe our youth need more positive opportunities and experiences to make good decisions and problem solve. * Learned Castilian Spanish in Madrid Spain and have lived and worked throughout several Spanish speaking/European cultures. * Possess sixteen years of teaching experience that include Spanish, GED, SAT Prep, Study Skills, Health Education, and the development of an Entrepreneurial course. * Wrote the Spanish curriculum for language courses ranging from Kindergarten through Grade Twelve. Designed an Entrepreneurial course and founded the Black Student Union organization at Shady Side Academy Senior School in Fox Chapel. * Studied in Madrid Spain and have worked and lived in both South and Central Americas. I am a Lincoln University Graduate.
