The individualization of instruction delivered on demand, holds great promise for facilitating the educational system to reach the ideal that “all children can learn.” Education is one of the most important, if not the most profound aspect of a child’s life. We, as educators must insist on the finest possible means to teach and influence students in an optimistic and constructive way. After numerous years of operating a successful dairy, I have attained a great work ethic and abundant technology skills. Professionalism, teamwork and accountability are all quite valuable in any workplace. It is significantly imperative to be concerned about the students. Documentation, organization and confidential record keeping are indispensable. The complexities involved in and the dynamics of 1 adult providing instruction for numerous students cannot be overstated. Caring employees foster relationships by acknowledging other’s aptitudes and hard work. This encourages a safe environment which results in a more positive workplace filled with learning and discovery for every person. In the very near future, I would be honored to coach girl’s modified basketball. It would be great, if the young women could participate in summer leagues and grace their presence at college basketball camps in the area. Principles learned from participating in sports and other physical activities influence life-long education and are indispensable.
