SUMMARY: * 17 years of experience in Data Center Operations, 5 years in Production Support, which consisted of processing, monitoring and connecting NDM, FTP, and 5 years in Application Support. In addition, recently completed my Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. * Data Center and Production Support experience provided an opportunity to build my customer service and Help Desk skills by providing problem resolution and support to Programmers, Developers, System Engineers, Software engineers, Managers and sometimes Directors. * A focused individual that makes every effort to get everything right the first time.
