Director of Operations

For the past 27 years, I have been a Director of Operations with a strong background in developing, planning, designing, and managing multiple projects with my company that averaged $9M in annual sales. My duties included: • Prioritizing and managing the company mission and business plan. • Leading, managing and guiding a team of project managers. • Managing client relations. • Negotiating and developing sales and growth opportunities. • Developing and monitoring fiscal planning, budgets, purchases, payroll, and human relations. • My proudest accomplishment however, is my track record of developing, managing, motivating and maintaining a staff of 14 employees that average 20+ years each of successful careers and contributions with the company. Although my background has been in construction management, my expertise is as Director of Operations/General Manager. Leading, facilitating, motivating, managing, selling, negotiating, and problem solving are just some of the talents that I have developed over the past 27 years. I am confident that my personality, business knowledge, enthusiasm and work ethic will make me a very dynamic and valuable member to corporate management teams.
