Software Engineer with the knowledge of firmware

I am a Software engineer with a Graduate degree and background in Firmware programming. In the recent past, I have gained experience over entire product lifecycle for development of Engineering Software, and I am looking to leverage this knowledge of working across multi-location setup in challenging development environments of Software industry into my field of study and interest - Embedded systems programming for real-time applications. With this desire to learn and contribute to the latest in Embedded Systems Development, I found your advertisement for this position to be very interesting. In my earlier capacity as a Process Automation Engineer, I have experience in Micro Controller based Designs and HMI Interface using Cimplicity with various protocols like MODBUS, I2c. Along with this, I was also involved with Customers & Vendors during various phases of product development and validation. While, I do not have recent experience in Embedded Systems development, I am hoping to offset it with recent technical leadership experience along with a very analytical approach to problem solving as well as excellent communication skills.
