In-charge of development of planning and organizing new housing sub-divisions which includes the following: streets, curb and gutter, main line sewer and water, stub-ins for future laterals of sewer and water, architectual plans and drawings for the above and also detail autocad architectual plans for future homes, lining up employees and sub-contractors and materials to complete the sub-division projects, provide the money needed to preform the projects thru banks by providing breakdown sheets, cost estimates,
daily and monthly reports, suppliers, sub-contractors, collateral, I also provided my services as a hands on project site manager and project manager for plans and layout work, Excel acutul break-down sheets for the accounting dept. and loan officers, Lined up sales team for all projects, completed 4 different sub-divisions, 122 spec. homes, 20 custom homes as president and vice-president, lead accountant, lead architect, project manager, site manager, purchasing agent, in-charge of monthly pay-roll and bank draw sheets, scheduler, organizer, in-charge of finding future building sites.
Manager of 20 different commercial projects ranging from $30,000 to $1,000,000 doing the same duties as above.
