Major Accomplishments * As part of PHH's business transformation initiatives, successfully led the execution and implementation of Enterprise Citrix upgrade, remote network security solutions and multifactor authentication under aggressive timeline and budget using agile processes. Each missing timeline involved very steep financial penalty. * To enhance merchant experiences and provide more secure transactions, led a project management team of 20 Sr Project managers to drive multiple infrastructure upgrades and data migration projects. This involved, developing and establishing a very successful PMO framework PM on and off-boarding projects, and project governance standards to align with CST's largest client (in terms of revenue) in the financial domain. * As part of Talent Partner's major initiative in expediting its acquisition, successfully build and developed its very first in- house development and UX team and spearheaded the introduction and implementation of agile/scrum methodology in developing their very own business Intelligence solutions.
