International Supply Chain Professional

Assisted in the design of the forecasting process for an engineer to order business for the hydraulics central planning group. Developed and provided training for key materials planning activities primarily focused on demand planning inventory modeling. Created a logistics freight analysis (including factors such as: mode determination, safety stock dollar amount, and inventory levels) for a hydraulics controls manufacturing plant located in Searcy, Arkansas that totaled an annual cost savings of approximately $300,000. Participated in Corporate Leadership Program in Cleveland, Ohio that met 3-4 times a year for training, seminars, and presentations to senior supply chain leaders.
