My entire career has been in manufacturing. I've worked in a variety of industries, including consumer electronics, memory devices, fiber-optics, and FDA-regulated medical products . . . including several start-ups. I've also worked over 15 years in aerospace. I'm familiar with all manner of metal-forming, component fabrication and assembly --- including machining operations, hydro-forming, dip-brazing, heat-treating, welding, anodizing, NDT, etc. My roles usually involve analyzing/understanding/reconciling sales forecasts, existing orders, inventory, open POs + work-in-process, then coming-up with a plan that satisfies my customer --- while making my margins. I'm fascinated by technology and how things work; that's why I work in manufacturing. I've worked in a variety of high-tech industries, but I'm also a big car enthusiast.
