RssEscaping the doldrums of private law practice.

A position allowing for the integration of my knowledge of insurance law, comprehending the regulatory enviroment of the insurance industry, the nature of the insurance contract and the application of the contract to the actual claims made against the same. Including the ability to investigate the claim to determine: whether the claim as stated falls with the scope of coverage afforded by the policy and then what would be the equitible level of indemnity required.
