  • Organizing and overseeing the procurement function of a top 100 Chicago law firm. Functions included seeing to it that 22 regional offices of the firm were well supplied with the necessary operating supplies such as office supplies, printed matter, capital equipment such as fax units, copiers, with paper, letterhead, buisness cards, associated copier supplies such as toner, developer, paper, as needed and requested. Also managed a staff of two within the coporate office purchasing department. Kept meticulous written and electronic records of purchasing transactions, invoices aprroved for payment and the maintenance of adequate inventory levels.
