Lawrenceville, 2009 FYI, I have been educated in procedures and training in the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG), to cover all aspect of fabrication, support and development of new parts for assembly lines like Plastic, Electric and Electronics components including Metal plant processes. I’m an active member of ASME & SME 2008/9 with a Hi-tech background and skills. I am able to establish and coordinate ISO/QS/TS 9000 processes and procedures, documents and related files. I develop of new parts and Bill of Material (BOM) for assembly operations into the Automotive Industry and non-automotive activities. My skill sets also include Quality Engineering, Plant layouts up-dates and adjustments FIFO-MSDS safety activities and its applications, Kaizen Lean Manufacturing, Production, & 8D Process, Production Control, Purchasing, Liaison, Reliability-Validation, Material handling, TS-16949-flow process and ISO 9000-01 including other commercial activities non-automotive related. I have expertise in DP-FMEA’s, Work plan and their related programs as well as PPAP, APQP, SPC, & 8D flow-charts and audits. Additional skills include Welding Q/C process for a robotic environment. (ARC-Resistance- MIG- SEAM - WELDING-POINT), Fanuc and ABB equipments. I am also bilingual English and Spanish, with very good working knowledge of Italian and Portuguese languages. Computer achievements encompass AutoCAD-14, Cad Key V-7, Word Perfect, Lotus, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Vizio 2007, Apollo, and Excel.
