In this capacity I prepared monthly financial statements as to the collection of the Child Support and disbursement for the Department of Administration. I coordinated all policies and procedures regarding payments made to Child Support. I handled all complaints regarding payments to clients. I implemented the Kids First Card, which was a Debit Card for clients to get child support payments through electronic transfers. I coordinated and headed the program up to and including the design of the card with Bank of Guam. The program is still in full force and has been a successful tool in getting the payments to the clients quicker. I handled all of the outreach programs for child support. I ordered and handled all procurement process for the division. I served as the Special Assistant for the Attorney General of Guam in all areas.

I was also the first woman to be the Chairperson for the Airport Operators Association
