• Project Management: Orchestrated the procurement and deployment of all systems and related hardware, software and data communications as allocated through a $100K transmission project budget for Netcom Africa transmission expansion and last mile project. Managed over $500K worth of inventoried equipment, frequencies, Node B and INC, Microwave radio, routers and switches, and software packages. Maintained a stringent item control tracking item whereabouts and usage. Led a team of contractors and field engineers in performing complex repairs, upgrades, and configuring new hardware.
