Customer Service Manager
My entire career has been centered in customer service, customer relations and constituent services. There is no aspect of customer service that I have not been able to successfully handle in a calm, professional manner. I have significantly increased revenues in a corporate environment and while working for the state, have a 100% re-election record for 3 State Representatives and a total of 9 terms, mainly due to the level of constituent service provided to hundreds of thousands of people. I have extensive public relations and service management experience as well as hiring, training, mentoring and motivating a team. I also have well seasoned office management experience and am extremely detail-oriented with an ability to stay focused despite many interruptions. In short, I take full responsibility for my department and my team, while working independently.
