Direct liaison with engineers, surveyors, contractors, vendors, utility providers, governing agencies, etc. related to the development of land and lots. Prepare necessary progress reports related to assigned projects. Perform budget updates for each project monthly. Operate Multiple equipment. Excavators, Bull dozers, Loaders.
