Being a part of our new system implementation in 2002-2003 helped me to have a huge impact on our organization - from learning the new system, creating a training program for the Billing/Accounts Receivable Department, learning the reporting tools to develop Access Databases to be utilized by the account analysts, collectors and cash receipts staff as well as other areas. This has also led to the other area of responsibility. I am responsible for reviewing all of the areas in our area to streamline, manage and make recommendations for improvement. With that responsibility, I have learned several business reporting tools and taking on more and more responsibility.
