- Started as the Chiropractic Assistant coordinating patient care for all patients including taking personal histories, taking x-rays per Doctors instruction and developing films, demonstrating exercises and various techniques according to the Doctors Care Plan for each individual as well as performing numerous therapies. Later moved into the role of Office Manager where she applied her vast experiences of handling supplies, management of staff, applied her vast knowledge of computers with the conversion of and the transition of computer software to be uniform by the newly franchised operation. This included everything from phone prompts, software conversion, new patient form development, documentation and insurance company changes.

- Amy Giertz was the Executive Assistant to the CFO for Colorado State University-Global Campus. She was instrumental in setting up all the purchasing of services, equipment, supplies and coordinated the installation and maintenance of IT and telephone services for a new 10,000 sq. ft. facility. In the last 8 months Amy also was responsible for all staff travel through the State Travel Management Program (STMP) including training, credit card reconciliation and payment.
