I am a property manager for a section 8 HUD 35 unit complex I have also worked at places like ABC (American Broadcasting Company) in New York City within the maintenance dept. as well as holding the positions of building superintendent positions, starting from a class C building and working my way up to the class A buildings, Obtained the #6 boiler license, which was received from the New York City Fire department by passing a test. I also have ten years of software testing experience as a software quality assurance engineer and fifth teen years of management experience. I have participated in all the phases of software testing as well as the entire software development life cycle as well as providing helpdesk technical support to customers. I have worked with end users, trained new QA engineers, created documentation and provided status reports.
