Led the re engineering of a US medical payment system for international use. Worked with contractors to modify, secure quality assurance user approval, and deploy a US and Canadian medical payment system for use worldwide. Assembled and directed an 8 person programming staff to redesign, expand, and reprogram the failed, mission critical trainsheet project in just 6 months, enabling Metro-North to keep the entire $20 million train management project on schedule. Coordinated the deployment of run direct, private data lines from Tavant offices in India to Argent data centers in Colorado and California. Managed the US side of the project, and coordinated with offshore teams to ensure that equipment, network rights, and security were properly configured. |
