Highlights:

Resolved a major problem for Chrysler corporation. The problem involved significant ongoing failures in ball joints on the Liberty vehicle from launch in 2001 to 2007. The cost in 2 recalls had cost Chrysler a total of $147,ooo,ooo. I was assigned to investigate and determined the root cause, and the problem was resolved. I am proud of resolving many complex,technical issues.
