• Accomplished over 120 settlements (permitting and enforcement), 15 evidentiary hearings, 5 appellate arguments, 7 appellate briefs, 60+ depositions, 1 grand jury argument, and 1 five day multi-media court trial (winning all air counts). • Helped successfully settle multi-party environmental tort action for over $100,000. • Litigate and negotiate environmental actions in several complex environmental areas including air, solid waste, water, asbestos, hazardous waste, multi-media, mining, oil/gas and criminal cases • Successfully defended Chief decision finding that lands were not unsuitable for mining which prevented potential multi-million dollar claim against ODNR in Buckeye Forest Council v. Div. of Mineral Res. Mgmt. (2002) 2002 Ohio 3010, Ohio App. LEXIS 3022. • Lead counsel in environmental case which resulted in a $500,000 consent order, as well as injunctive relief to address air, storm water, hazardous waste, and public nuisance issues.
