Highlights:

Over the past four external ESOHCAMPs, my office averages the lowest number of Major Finding than other Air Guard units. During Mar 2008 external ESOHCAMP, the EMS lead assessor made a laditory comment that my base program was "the only one that worked with any practicality". Polished writing skills lead to our base successfully competing and receiving a DoD National Public Lands Day Grant, CY2007. Recipient of The Kansas Emergency Duty Service Ribbon for for providing exceptional service for the residence of Greenburg, KS folowing the 4 May 2007 tornado. Instrumental in designing a Military Veterans' Memorial for the community of Osage City, KS, population 3,000. Plans and specifications were quickly approved by the city in Sep 2005; memorial committee quickly received $80,000 in donations. Also served as construction manager, project was completed and dedicated Veterans Day - Nov 2006. Directly responsibile for the 190TH being the only only Air National Guard unit as the recipient of The Tree City USA Award through the Natonal Arbor Day Foundation. Currently have 21 state champion trees nominated on the Kansas Champion Tree List. Receipient of the Travling Award for the Kansas Nut Growers Association, Spring 2007. Deans' Scholastic Honors, Pittsburg State University, Fall 1986.
