Highlights:

I designed and implemented the full PPAP project as a mandatory requirement to validate and approve new products from suppliers. With this action I contributed to reduce 50% of suppplier PPM. Using my Thermodynamic knowledge I increase 38% of the EER in the Window Air condiditioners for 9K, 18K, 21K & 24K BTU. I coordinated a technical team from the company to install a CALORIMETER ROOM instead to use a supplier personnel; this saved over $ 30K to the company. I have the satisfaction that have BUILT 2 whole QMS and I have improvement in ither and all of them have contributed either for open new business or pass the official ISO 9000 certification audit.
