Description
I desire a job that I can be passionate about what I do every day and love to come to work. I don't need anyone to look over my shoulders and tell me what to do on a daily basis. I am very disciplined and a self starter and I don't mind to work hard and diligently. I work best in a private office and have always worked for very large companies. Disability Management and Workers' Compensation are my specialties, but I have always been successful at whatever I have decided to do in my careers. My best success has been in development of departments from the ground up and then allow me to continue to manage them. Volume does not intimidate me.

Accomplishments
Highlights:
I have won numerous awards over the years and have made many presentations and have been the guest speaker for many venues. I have served on two state boards, the Missouri Self Insurers' Association and the Missouri State Private Sector Self Insured Guaranty Corporation. I have been the Chairperson and other executives seats for both of those boards. In my earlier years, I was heavily involved in Junior Achievement and recognize that all of the efforts that I made and the hard work that I put forward rewarded me in my later years.Companies I like:
