I have recently relocated to the Ft Myers area and am looking for a office/support position. I was the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Operation for North America at A Schulman in Akron Ohio. As assistant I interacted with various department to provide a high level of customer service. I was on the teams that developed improved ways to enter orders, and improved shipping methods. I developed new ways to track order entry and order errors to improve staffing in customer service. In the absence of the Director I would handle E-mail and phone calls from both Sales people and Customer that needed immediate and sometime difficult resolution. I did daily analysis of sales figure and reported them to Vice President of Sales as well as the Director of Operation. I have experience in shipping material both into and out of the United States. As you can see from my experience I work well with little to no supervision and enjoy a challenge. I look forward to hearing from you and I know I would be a good addition to you staff.
