- • Responsible for assisting, acquiring and direction of all helpdesk ticket using RT system.
• Support the implementation of SOX compliance by making sure all users were up to date.
• As well as setting up phone accounts using Nortel Works and Nortel Call Pilot.
• I created numerous amounts of Window, Linux, and MAC images along with configuring and supporting to all Dell 2650 – 2950 Servers using Cent OS, Windows 2003 server and Linux.
• Most of my support was designated in trouble shooting all and every issue that came in through RT System. I was in charge of assigning all tickets and duties to the other helpdesk technicians Tier 1 – 3 along with Apps support, project management and ordering parts.
• I was designated by the CIO to own all RT queues and was main point of contact to manage all tickets along with who would be the best and fast employee to complete the request.
• Responsible for Dell desktop, Dell and IBM laptops, ShoreTel IP phones and switches set ups and configuration along with software installs, network drops and access to share folders.
• I was in charge of training all new hires how to user and operate their new devices including hardware and software for ShoreTel, along with there new BB PCM and VoIP setups.
• Utilized Active Directory to change existing and add new account to give new employee’s access to our Network and domain along with all Share folders and network drives.
• I strived at being the first point of contact for receiving phone calls and receiving tickets “through Track-IT 8” along with making sure all computer equipment was Asset controlled.
• Worked with Video Conferencing, ShoreTel Bridge Conferencing, Converge conferencing, VPN access, and conference room systems assembly for new contractors visiting.
• Created numerous XP and 2k3 server images to work with the ShoreTel products as well as Engineering, Developer and Executive image back ups along with ASAP loaner computers.
• I was working on the new MS Vista Business Edition image along with Office 2007 to be implemented the end of this year.
