I am looking for sr./managerial technical position in a company making adhesives and sealants (possibly plastic and composits) or company-users of these products (like Northrop, Boeing). Responsibilities may include but not limited to technical expertise on formulation, new product development, production scale up; application of these products, interaction with manufacturing, sales/marketing, supply chain. I would like to apply my knowledge of LEAN, DOE (design of experiment, product optimization).
