Believe it or not, the only thing different that I would like to have in an employer, is a 40 hour work week, Monday through Friday. I enjoy my current job tremendously, but the daily 1 hour 30 minute commute combined with a 50-60 hour work week, doesn't allow me to enjoy the other great things in life, other than having a wonderful place of employment.

I am extremely proud to say that I have been able to build a team of inpecable talent and confidence. With that, we have been able to build business well above it's projected goals and reduce all possible overhead costs without compromising quality. We have won many awards within the city of Louisville as well as many television appearances. Although I could not possibly take all the credit for our accomplishments, I realize that I have built this team, and I have pushed them based upon their strengths, not their weaknesses.
