Project Manager, or equal, negotiable
I am interested in finding a position with a firm that will provide additional and unique challenges for me. A place where my extremely diverse background of projects will be useful and valued. I have accumulated a wide range of experience including contract negotiation, fee proposals, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. I have also worked to set new office standards, drawings clip sets and standards, and a Supplemental Code Analysis system key to communicating both internally and with municipalities. I have worked both with clients that have long term projects as well as fast tract developer projects. One constant in my approach to all clients is the team atmosphere between the client, contractor, local jurisdictional authorities, and end users. I have worked on a multitude of construction types from tilt-up concrete, precast concrete, unit masonry, wood and metal stud construction, brick, EIFS, steel frame, etc. My wide range of experience lends itself to a broader perspective of any individual project. Whether it be from a long term planning, renovation of existing facilities, coordination with end users, mix of uses and building types, Hazmat or other strategic code issues, or simply looking at the larger picture; my range of experience lends itself to working toward the best solution. I have had the opportunity to work on master planning in excess of +/- 5,000 acres of planned development and approximately six million square feet of buildings or structures, planned or constructed. Some of these project types are listed on the enclosed résumé. PROJECT EXPERIENCE: My wide range of experience lends itself to a broader perspective of any individual project.
