This past Christmas season I helped a customer look for something for her son to give to his girlfriend. He was only 10 and had a small amount of money. All the other jewelry stores wouldn't give him the time of day because of the amount of money. I just treated them like any other customer regardless of how much he had to spend. Due to this the mom call our coorperate office and told them what happened and that she will only shop and Kay Jewelers from now on and that the other jewelry stores lost her business. I got recognized not only by my manager but also my district manager, our regional vice president and on up the line. I was so proud of my self just to make that boys day. |

- I was an On-Site Manager. This meant I was responsile for everything at the complex I was in charge of. Such as keeping trak of all paperwork in case a tenant had a complaint, we could get it resloved more efficiantly. I made sure all payroll was tured in on time every week and every employee's hours were accounted for.

- I was our store's Office Manager. This meant I was incharge of shipping and recieving all merchandice and aduiting cases on a monthy bases. I was in charge of sending payroll to our coorperate office. I had to order items from vendors when we were low.
