Looking for application engineering job for metrology tools

Highlights:

 Developed a Tool-to-Tool match method which achieved ≥90% SPEC on color inspection result match on beta tools, which met customer’s expectations and allowed for multiple tools to be used in the production environment with reduction of false color reflection defects with achievement of SPEC ≤2%.  Created and implemented a wafer less automated next layer derivative recipe creation from master recipe method that reduced engineering time significantly on the tool for recipe creations, increased throughputs, resulted in less errors for recipe creations and provided consistency for every product in the fab. This achievement was extremely beneficial for customers, as well as my company to obtain high ROI.
