During 3 of my prior employments I entered at an entry level position, and in under a 6 month period I was promoted to management level in all three. I won an employee of the year award when I was just 16 at my first job. During a trip to a VICA competetion in high school out of all the 30 students that went I was the one that came back home with a medal. It was for drywall contruction and I studied night and day, and it payed off. |
