RssCustomer-Friendly Help Desk Professional

In most cases, my career has given me the advantage of not being micro-managed, but instead, trusted with significant responsibility in exchange for my confidentiality and trustworthiness. From such work environments, I was able to excel and to be effective and a substantial contributor to my past employers. Going forward, I desire the chance to prove my capability and resourcefulness as a dependable and highly functional asset. I also would like to be linked to one company for a long lasting duration of time.

About Me

Industry:

Information Technology

Occupation:

Help Desk Specialist

Highlights:

The most important awards I have won in recent years have been related to my salary and grade. I received salary increases each year that I was employed at Nationwide Insurance. I also progressed in pay and position at Child Development Council of Franklin County, Inc. There, I started as a temporary Secretary, filling in for a regular employee's maternity leave. Due to my work performance, a permanent clerical position was requisitioned for me and I was asked to return and stay with the non-profit agency. Other monetary awards I have earned from my work performance were bonuses from a downtown, Columbus law firm: Taft, Stettinius, and Hollister and a West side supply company, Becker Electric. I cite monetary awards because in my opinion, these are the cases that stand out most to others, and give the best notion of how I am as a worker and how companies have appreciated the person I am and the work I have done for them. I am also a Certified Help Desk Professional, which is one of the most significant achievements I have added to my knowledge base since graduating high school.
